SHIPPING POLICY

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping methods are displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

• Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fee)

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

 

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used hair products.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at qween.lucie@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been fulfilled. After that, orders cannot be cancelled as they may already be in processing.
